Hi, 

I have a question about evaluation of dissociation constant(kd) value from SPR (Surface plasmon resonance) analysis data.

The data set already fitted with Langmuir equation by Origin pro program like the image.

Then, how can i get the kd value from this data? 

The SPR software has the evaluation software, but we want to calculate by ourselves.
