I am doing plant cells culture by using Murashige and Skoog basal medium with some of plant growth growth regulators (naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), 2, 4- dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2, 4-D), 6-Benzyl Amino Purine (6, BAP),indole-3-acetic acid (IAA).
Amount for each components (MS 4.4 g/L,Sucrose 30 g/l,NAA 1mg/L,IAA 1 mg/L, 2,4-D 0.5 mg/L ,BAP 0.5 mg/L ,1L distal water).and leave it in light all the time .
Which components I can change its concentration to enhance the growth rate , I mean cells division can be quicker ?
I need more cells in short time ?

Can I increase one of the growth regulators concentration to increase the growth rate , I do not need them to be green only increase the numbers of cells ?
Is it coconut milk or juices or both ?And with the same growth regulators which I am using ?
