You can use GaussView with Origin for this.

Hello, first save the multiple graph datas as datan.txt as mentioned above, (n-number of data from initial 1 to final).

Then use the following python script to plot as many as multiple plots as you want just type "python multipleplots.py" without quotes in terminal(Ubuntu) or in the cmd(Windows) and it will display you single graph with multiple data and also save you the image file of the graph automatically.
