Install Ubuntu linux to your laptop and there is a synaptic package manager. You have to just type Gromacs tothe synaptic and it downloads itself and installs to your system. Gromacs works with a lot of libraries therefore synaptic detects the necessary packages and installs. I mean it totally works properly, if you do it manually appears lots of problems.
GROMACS is available for Windows installation, but you must keep in mind that it is a really really tricky procedure. A very simple way is to install Linux, as suggested, and then use GROMACS with it. As Jamoliddin wrote on Ubuntu is available a pre-compiled version of GROMACS (I suppose the version 4.5.5) so the troubles are reduced at the minimum.
