Actually my question is not about best dopant. Due to I produced PANI nanotube by acid-free way, I want to dope it AFTER synthesis to improve its conductivity. My question is, Does this process affect its structure?

Dear Özge Lalegül,

considering your question, the post-polymerization doping with any counter-ion probably will involve a solution, which unfortunately may result in the swelling of the polymer, therefore it may change your PANI nanofibers structure (or surface), however I am not 100% sure. Probably it depends on the synthesis parameters, but maybe someone has a larger knowledge in this matter.
