Is there a German translation of the Scale of Body Connection quetionnaire?

Hi!

I want to use Scale of Body Connection (Price & Thompson et al., 2007) for my research.

I have found the original one here (English):

I need it in German. I could not find it on the net so far. I try to translate it, but my German is not good enough for this. Could you please share if you already have?
