Hello I have sythesized CZTS thin film by spin coating method but it was sulfur deficient . Please suggest me how I can do sulfurization of CZTS thin film ? Can I do sulfurization in tubular furnace in argon gas with out vacuum and by putting sulphur powder in furnace and anneal it first at 150 deg cel then 500 Deg cel for 1 hr with out vacuum and only in argon flow ?
sulfurization is done in a tubular furnace by putting sulphur powder in furnace and anneal it. The conditions depend on the used system, so you need to optimize them.
Thanks for the guidance sir, have tried sulfurization by sulphur powder but film become so much porous. Thats why I will try to use H2S gas. So Can I do some alternative methos ?
The porosity of the film is presumably due to the fact that the film's composition is
not optimize, particularly Sn. Sulfurization is a smooth process, and I think it will not make the film porous.
