I am interested in studying the reflectance of PEDOT (both in doped and de-doped form) deposited on glassy carbon electrode. Since glassy carbon electrode has less reflectivity, if I take reference of this electrode and deposit PEDOT I am getting more than 100 % reflectivity of PEDOT in doped form. In de-doped form It has very less reflectivity due to more absorption of light in visible range. Can anyone suggest, how to get the actual reflectivity of PEDOT in both the states? I have constrain of taking the reference of same substrate since my setup doesn't allow taking reference of some other materials and deposit polymer on some other substrate.
