Can anyone help me, how can I do fatigue analysis of composites plate in ANSYS and extract S-N curves?

There is a extra module that link to Ansys Workbench: nCode:. It does exactly the type of analysis you want to carry. The module has a build in material library with SN data. The module should be attached to Mechanical.

Although the experienced stresses and strains are not always high, the repeated loading and unloading can lead to fatigue failure. This webinar will show how simulation can be used to evaluate fatigue early in the design process. Several fatigue models will be shown including critical plane methods, Rainflow counting and the Palmgren -Miner damage rule. Fatigue analysis in ANSYS is very easy, you can use software-ncode or fe-safe which can analyze structure fatigue on the based of caculation result of ANSYS

I tried ANSYS Composite with n code. I found error in results. I think, fatigue of composite in ANSYS using ACP module is not working. Better use DIGIMAT for composite modelling
I am not sure that using DIGIMAT will help you.
May I add one more paper of mine to illustrate how fatigue is a warped phenomenology. This will also explain why no softwares are sufficiently mature to model the fatigue behavior of composites.
