I have tried to do it in mixed solution 1:9 v/v% DMF: DCM at 12%w/v. But fibers have a few beads.

No thanks, it depends on the MWs, the higher they are, the longer time is required (assuming they are in good solvents mixtures). In general, I have seen from 2 hours to few days. Best of Luck in your work.

Doufnoune RACHIDA Rachida I really appreciate your help but I have a strange experience that I prepare my PCL+PEG solution, one time I observe beads other time no beads are observed in the same condition that the previous solution was prepared.
This might happen because of changes in the environmental conditions around your electrospinning process. Especially changes in rel. humidity between days/during spinning will effect the reproducibility of the process.

Have you tried a solvent with a higher conductivity? Maybe increasing PCLs Mw can also help.
I had the same problem when working with PCL/chitosan blends.
André Mathias Souza Plath I have solved the problem by increasing mixture time until 18 h at 60 temperature.
I know that Chitosan electrospinning is very challenging due to its high MW and a lot number of NH groups.
