Hey. I am working on my phd thesis about algae activity.

I have prepared 3 different extracts from different algae using a wax evaporator: aqueous, ethanol and hexane.

I want to prepare 100% extracts to different concentrations for testing antimicrobial and antioxidant activity however I have a problem that I can't dissolve the hexane and ethanol extracts prepared in this way in hexane, ethanol, DMSO (not more than 20% due to antimicrobial activity), ethyl acetate.

Do you have any experience with dissolving algae extracts please?
