Hello Researchers..
I am new to Comsol and using heat transfer in porous media and heat transfer in fluids physics interface. We know that in Comsol a default node Thermal Insulation is added when we use above mentioned physics interface. In my computing domain i want only outer boundaries to act as inulated boundaries and not the inside boundaries of sub domains. but when i click on Thermal insulation node all the boundaries get selected to act as insulating boundaries. is there any way i can deselect the internal boundaries to not act as insulating. please refer to the image attached.

In Comsol, if it is an 'internal' boundary, default conditions is not imposed. I am not sure what you mean by 'inside' boundary, but, anyway, the default boundary conditions are always overridden by any boundary conditions in the subsequent items.
