How can I dilute aqueous Glutaraldehyde solution in water ?

I have a 50% Aqueous solution of Glutaraldehyde as a stock solution, when I want to dilute it to 2% Aqueous solution, is seems to be insoluble in water. infact by adding water the clear solution turns to turbid solution. I have attached the image of solution.

I will be glad if anybody could help me.

I suppose that Glutaraldehyde has undergone some kind dimerization and/or oxidation. Deionised water is sometimes slightly alkaline, and can form a polymerization of the product. Also, glutaraldehyde itself, it's prone to quickly degrade when exposed to air.
