I am studying about speeding driving behaviour via instrumented vehicle. I have carried out my experiments on a test track using a conventional sedan-type instrumented vehicle. However, I am uncertain that my findings are "speeding" and not "aggressiveness". Any advice?

AGGRESSIVE DRIVING
Aggressive driving is defined as a progression of unlawful driving actions such as:
speeding -- exceeding the posted limit or driving too fast for conditions; improper or excessive lane changing: failing to signal intent, failing to see that movement can be made safely, or improper passing -- failing to signal intent, using an emergency lane to pass, or passing on the shoulder.
So speeding falls under aggressive driving!

There two broad classifications used when analysing the human root causes of events: human error and human violation. Each has subdivisions. Note that deliberate human violations can be positive and negative motivated. Human factors specialist are the people to consult who do a lot of work in the major hazards industries.

I haven't been involved in closed circuit driving tests for quite a few years, but one thing that differentiates aggressive driving from speeding is acceleration. One can travel at a constant speed that is above the posted limit, but aggressive driving is almost always accompanied by changes in speed and high accelerations. If you don't have a sensor for acceleration, you can plot the speed and integrate.
This is not my specialist area. However, it is possible for intelligent computer software to monitor and differentiate between good and bad "patterns" of behaviour. Such systems are being used in security to detect intruders to IT networks by comparing patterns with normal behaviour of employees. The principle is also used in "condition monitoring" e.g. checking that an aircraft engine is OK without invasive maintenance.

I am not an expert in this field and am of the view that the General Aggression Model (GAM) could be of help in understanding aggressive driving behaviour. I think that a book by Lin Yusheng could be useful in your study. It is titled "Aggressive Driving: Insights Derived from Psychology's General Aggression Model, published by LFB Scholarly Publishing, Print ISBN 9781593326067; EBOOK ISBN 9781593327170.
I found Chapter 2 very interesting. It covers theoretical framework for the study of aggressive driving (pp. 23-46). The other potential resource is Road rage: assessment and treatment of the angry, aggressive driver by Tara E. Galovski, Loretta S. Malta, and Edward, ISBN 1591473055.
