How can I determine the width of transistor in Silvaco?

Hello,

How can I determine the width of transistor in Silvaco? For example, I want to represent drain current versus drain-source voltage in atlas. So transistor width is important.

Thanks, but I think it has just defined the length of the transistor. I need width not length. If there is, please put the command here.
