Maybe you could try nanoDSF. This is an advanced DSF method for measuring ultra-high resolution protein stability in a truly label-free approach. The unmatched resolution and reproducibility of nanoDSF data allows you to distinguish even minute changes in protein stability due to ligand binding. Please find a nanoDSF Application Note attached.
