Iprepared polyclonal antibody for Cryptosporidium glycoprotein 15 and I want to test it for diagnosis of Crypto-antigens using stool ELISA. I do not want to use commercial kits with its buffer. the problem that I need buffer that extract crypto-antigens and commercial kits do not mention the composition of used buffer. I searched a lot but I did not find. so if you know buffer used for this purpose either specific for crypto- or general for extraction of parasitic antigens in stool will be very good.
