How can I Design a general procedure about the Demand analysis process in Project Management?

For an enterprise is very important in order to organize the Project Management process, make a procedure for the Demand Analysis Process.

Can you provide me methodogies for this matter?

If demand analysis refers to the project results to be achieved for the user through the project work, most project procedure models speak of requirements analysis. Specific methods can be used for this according to the respective project topics. For example, use cases can be used as a requirements analysis method for software development projects. If the requirements of other project stakeholders are to be identified, a stakeholder analysis must be carried out beforehand.
