I create a path diagram of SEM on lisril. I con't understand how I describe this path diagram in results chapter of my thesis.

actually, you estimated a regression model. Hence, you could make your life easier by labeling it that way. Reviewers will be prompted to wanting to see a model fit which you cannot offer.

As Holger Steinmetz 's comment has indicated, your analysis is that of an ordinary least squares regression (also called multiple linear regression) analysis, having 7 independent variables/predictors to account for differences in the DV (Yield).
