Curcumic is claimed to have antibacteric, antfungin and antiviral properties. I think that an in vitro-test before and after micronizazion could help.

My idea is to demonstrate almost the stability  after micronization. 

I can't use in-vivo models.

curcumin is a simple molecule. the activity will be maintained after any process that will not affect its chemical stability, therefore hplc system to prove the chemical stability of the drug seems enough
