I want to define meshing in Silvaco (atlas) for y axis as follows:

Mesh 1: y= 0 to 0.05

Mesh 2: y= 0.05 to 1.05

Mesh 3: y= 1.05 to 300.05

Mesh 4: y= 300.05 to 300.55

Mesh 5: y=300.55 to 300.6

I need to know about electric field from 0.05 to 300.55.

I have one limitation.

The steps of y in output file must be the same for my special purpose. I mean the steps of y should be constant.

I know that I have to use nonuniform meshing. but it doesn't give me the constant steps.

So if i use spacing 100, the Silvaco can not define regions in that meshing.

If I use spacing 0.05, the number of nodes becomes more than the allowed nodes.

How can I solve this matter?

I have no problem about none uniform steps just in 1, 2 and 5 parts, because I don't need to know the electric field in that areas.
