I need your help, please.
I am conducting a network meta-analysis using R for a continuous outcome.
I have the data for baseline before giving the treatment and the data after giving the treatment for both treatment and control groups.
In short, my data is like the following :
*Treatment group:
Pre treatment data of mean, SD, and total number
Post treatment data of mean, sd, and total.
* control group:
Pre treatment data of mean, SD, and total number
Post treatment data of mean, sd, and total.
I need to get my data only like the following:
*Treatment group : mean of the change, SD for this mean, total number.
*control group : mean of the change, SD for this mean, and total number.
Noteworthy, baselines are not the same number between both groups.
I would appreciate if you provide me with any online calculator , a prepared excel sheet for this calculation, or any reference that might be helpful.
