I am using INFT in vitro experiments. But i am worried about the basal dilution have some effect on my gene of interest. Now i am to use deactivate or inert INFT in my dilution solution. I can not use the dilution solution directly because that is multi-factorial may have require few months to individual components. can any one help to tells any methods i.e heating or some enzymes that may deactivate the biological active INFT?, Thanks
