I need to input magnetic field values in CST studio. However, due to the hexagonal mesh, CST studio only allows the input of data in a cartesian system. I have data for Br(r,z) and Bz(r,z) and no variation in theta direction. The format accepted in CST studio is (x,y,z, B).

This means that the r and z components are the same for varying theta.
You can find the Bx, By and Bz components for each value of r and z and any value of theta that you wish, Bx = Br cos theta, By = Br sin theta, Bz = Bz. You can then interpolate between these values, on each xy plane to get a cartesian grid you want for each z , and then interpolate these in the z direction to get them at the z spacing you need.
