I have been developing certain materials for supercapacitors, and I´m using a potenciostat which the final value of the material it´s 1.79 volts/s, obviusly in some point i hace to divide for the grams thata I use to make the electrode, but I do not know the formula...
Can someone help me?

Q=CV
C=Q/V=Coulomb/Volt=(Ampere*second)/Volt
Farad/gram is the unit of specific capacitance (Csp=Farad/gram)
Csp=(area under cathodic scan)/(Mt*SR*dV)
Q=charge
C=capacitance
V=potential
Csp=specific capacitance
Mt=total active mass
SR=scan rate
dV=potential difference
You have talked about potentiostat that has been used for supercapacitor; so, the formula will be as mentioned above. Formula change depending upon the system and technique.
V/s? Which potentiostatic method are you using for the measurements? Typically for this purpose you would use cyclic voltammetry, where you define a scan rate, V/s. Then you measure the current, and based on that you can calculate your capacitance. As Tapas had pointed out, Q=CV. If you differentiate both sides with respect to time, you get dQ/dt=i=C*dV/dt. Your dV/dt is defined, your i is measured, so your capacitance is straightforward to calculate. To have it per gram, just divide it by the mass.
