What method can I use to synthesize GeO2 from GeCl4??

Recently we have acquired the GeCl4 from Sigma-Aldrich,so I´m searching for the easiest way, without using gas chambers.

There are a number of articles out there concerning how to get different size and types of GeO2 from hydrolysis of GeCl4 . Here is one that might give you leads to others as well. http://pubs.acs.org/doi/pdf/10.1021/cm052456r
