How can I control the electrolyzer in trnsys?

I'm simulating a solar hydrogen generation system , I want to switch off the electrolyzer when my PV panels out put power is lower than a certain amount, I've tried working with hydrogen systems controllers (Type 100 & 105) but it seems they only switch the electrolyzer off when the hydrogen storage tank state of charge is lower than a certain amount. Can anybody help me with that?
