I have two calibration curves from sensors over different days. I want to compare the two calibration curves to one another. Is there way of doing this?
The only ways I can think of doing this : 1) finding the % change in the slopes 2) running a t-test on the slopes to see whether the difference is significant or not.
You can always calculate parameters such as coefficient of determination (R2), standard error of prediction (SEP), coefficient of variation (CV) or range error ratio(RER), among others.
There are different methods of comparison as discussed by Manuel Castillo in his answer. Comparison of two curves from the same sensor at different delays should be first analysed by curve fitting equation. Also R2 value. Expecting the same response and the variation which may be observed should be due to effect (s) caused in delay. The other variations if observed prominent may be due to measurement accuracy of the measured parameter. More better comparison may done if you can share the response.
