Hello.
I carried out an experiment with 2 strains of mice (mice 1, mice 2),
and each strain has 3 conditions, naive, A treatment, B treatment, which means there are 6 groups.
I know I can do 2-way ANOVA to see if there is a significant interaction between strain and treatment.
However, what can I do to compare like naive mice 1 and A treatment mice 1 or A treatment mice 1 and A treatment mice 2?
I searched one paper that did what I want to do as above,
and they said they did Bonferroni-corrected Student’s t test.
If I can use Bonferroni-corrected Student’s t test, how can I do this
using excel or SPSS?

You'll want to do your ANOVA first to make sure there's a significant interaction between strain and treatment. If this is significant, then there are several tutorials that walk you through doing a t-test in SPSS (https://www.spss-tutorials.com/spss-independent-samples-t-test/). I find it's helpful to split your data set at this point to the groups you want to compare. To do corrections, under options when going through the prompts you can select the methods you would like to use.
