I have done my 3 plates for 3 biological replicates for my control and the samples. May I know how to combine all these 3 results into one? I know this can be done through CFX manager Gene Study and I am using CFX Touch 96 as well for my qPCR. I do notice there is p-value under study analysis ribbon, and under results tab. May I know how do the p-value calculated? Is it Student t Test or ANOVA?
Anova if you have more than 2 samples and also run a post-hoc test
In the Gene Study function in CFX Manager, under the Study Analysis tab, the p-value relates to expression levels. It is calculating expression of your target gene vs. a control. Assuming you set everything up consistently with your biological replicates, the software would combine these and calculate expression levels vs. your control, with p-value determined by a t-test.
