You can purchase CFP in a mammalian expression vector from addgene.org. They are quite inexpensive ($65/plasmid plus shipping).

If you want something like the pCI expression vector then I would go with pcDNA3-CFP which is plasmid #13030. Both vectors have the CMV IE promoter which is the a very strong constitutive promoter so you should have no problem seeing the fluorescence. Hope this is helpful!
