How can I classify a specie distribution recorded just to Brazil and Africa? The same doubt come when I am in front of a specie recorded just Americas (North, Central and South) and Africa! Or, to Asia and Brazil or Asia and Americas.

I'm not sure if I understand the question (largely because of topic keywords: ...geography and spatial analysis). Do you want to map a plant species?
If you do where do you want to map it? In the entire planet?, Just Brazil?
Would you want an actual map of categories or a probability map?
If you do intend to map make sure you have data that is spatially relevant, for instance x,y GPS coordinates of places you know the plant exists, or satellite images where you may be able to analyze it's density. Do you have any such data?

Nas palavras chave deste tópico aparecem uma série de termos que correspondem a análise espacial mas pela tua descrição não percebi se era essa a tua intenção (portanto fazer um mapa da espécie que estás a estudar). Se for então deverás procurar algum tipo de informação espacial (coordenadas GPS, imagens de satélite, etc.). A partir dai existem vários métodos dependendo do que procuras. Podes fazer mapas (por exemplo a duas cores) que indicam as zonas em que existe a planta e as zonas em que não existe (geralmente são mapas a grande escala), ou podes fazer mapas que indicam a probabilidade de existir, ou de densidade dessa espécie.
Se for esse o objectivo e tiveres dúvidas em relação a possíveis métodos ou ferramentas que possas usar para construir os mapas avisa.
I am guessing the answer you are looking for is "disjunct". In the first case a Neotropical-Paleotropical disjunction, the rest probably New World-Paleotropical, though it would depend on where in Africa or Asia. Could also be Cape or Holarctic.

A distribuição das espécies é conhecida para o mundo, mas são ocorrências "estranhas": uma espécie ocorre na China e uma vez no Brasil, por exemplo. Seguindo o padrão fitogeográfico (Neotropical, Pantropical, Holártico... etc...) não sei como encaixar uma espécie que apresente tal padrão de distribuição geográfica. Espero que meu inglês não tenha sido confuso quanto a isso... Abraço.

in agreement with Dr Pedro Correia you need a set of maps and multiple criteria l weight to specify,detect and predict species using GIS and RS.(you can direct contact me for more info).

Even though the original question is over a year old I will nevertheless add a further comment to the effect that the distribution in question could be classified as 'Atlantic Basin' since the distribution geographically crosses the Atlantic. Terms such as Neotropical, Paleotropical, New World, Africa, Asia, Cape, Holarctic or Brazil have no unitary biogeographic existence. They do not empirically exist as natural biogeographic units even though they may be widely used.
