I am not able to choose buffer for the experiment? What is the basis of selecting a buffer solution?and which the conditions and situation to use both the buffers?

The most important factor is the desired pH you want to use. Choose a buffer that has its pKa within 0.5 pH units of the desired pH so that the buffering capacity will be highest.

Read the literature on your system. If previous researchers have tended to use a certain buffer, it might be a good idea to use the same one, making it easier to compare your results to earlier ones.
