If I add a bacterial toxin into certain colonies of other bacteria, will the toxin effect be detrimental against the bacterial colonies? If yes, can I use shiga toxins to neutralize strains of E-coli?
In my experience it is better to prepare the culture medium with the toxins. Then you inoculate the bacteria you want to test to a petri dish containing the medium. If the bacteria are resistant they will grow, otherwise not.

Am not able to correlate with the bacterial toxins specific to humans(for pathogenecity)
are also effective against certain kind of bacterias.
Sorry Sunil, I am not familiarized to shiga toxins. As far a I know, some shiga toxins are indeed produced by some E. coli strains.
