My model has 4 Independent variables each including 3-4 sub variables , 1 mediating and 1 latent.
The question is when calculating the sample size using the g*power i know the values for the effect size, alpha and power ,but in predictors do i include the mediating or the sub variables ? or only the count of the independent variables only?
and can someone help me with the difference between f-test and t-test ?

I dont think that G*Power is suiteable for structural equation modeling....
