I`m comparing two different samples containing lithium disilicate and under SEM (5000x) there was a noted increase in the particle size (1st sample 2.7 microns in length and the 2nd sample 5 microns in length). I want to correlate these results with the XRD

XRD data showed: (RTF files attached)

1st sample: 2theta 23.669 and FWHML 0.12

2nd sample: 2theta 23.592 and FWHML 0.147

N.B.

I searched the difference between the particle and crystallite size.

Scherrer formula better describes the coherent domain size

Scherrer formula is not applicable to grains larger than 0.2 μm (how can I know the size of lithium disilicate crystallite)

Are the modified Scherrer formula or Williamson- Hall plot a better alternative??

Are there any other means or suggestions for better data interpretation ??
