How can I calculate the percentage of volume fraction of nanoparticles to be dispersed in base fluid to prepare 250ml nanofluid.?

I am preparing nanofluid by two step method, can any one suggest , how can i calculate the percentage of vilume concentration of nanoparticles to be dispersed in the base fluild.

Volume fraction defined as the ratio of nanoparticles volume over the total volume of nanofluid. To prepare 5% NP solution, add 5 vol% of NP in 95% of base solution.
