How can I calculate the percentage of volume fraction of nanoparticles to be dispersed in base fluid to prepare 250ml nanofluid.?

I am preparing nanofluid by two step method, can any one suggest , how can i calculate the percentage of vilume concentration of nanoparticles to be dispersed in the base fluild.
