Hope I got it right: Volume of sample measured = 100 mL sample solution plus 10 mL acids = 110 mL. Meaured conc 2.5 mg/L. Absolute amount = 110 * 2.5 / 1000 = 0.275 mg in 100 mL of sample. Equvalent to 2.75 mg/L of sample.
regarding the dilution, you take the final volume of primary stock and divide with the volume you have pipetted in the secondary stock again you multiply with the final secondary stock.. continue the same process till you are on working strength. you will get the dilution factor
