How can I calculate the concentration of a target gas in PPM based on the flow rate?

I am using air as the carrier gas and the flow rates of both the target and carrier gases are known to me. I have also calculated the saturated pressure of the target gas from Antoine's equation. How can I convert the target gas concentration in PPM from the available data?
