I made an experiment with growth analyse and I want to know the contribuition of each parameter (SLA, LMF and NAR) to plant growth (RGR). So, I intend to calculate the the GRC for each parameter but I'm not understanding how calculate it.

That is not to complicated: ln-transform the RGR and component data and carry out - for each component separately - a linear regression. The slopes will tell you the GRC value, which should add up to 1.0 if all your multiplications were correct.
