There is a thermal transient solver option, it shows the temperature vs time. You can take a look into the examples to better understand how it is set, and apply to your specific problem.

CST has different solver systems. You can use temperature related solver to solve your problem, or you can go in to the results options, there you may find solutions. one more thing which you can do, go to parametric setting and check whether there is option for temperature related plots and better you can do, go to examples of CST and search specific solution to your problem.

You have to solve the EM problem first to generate what is called heatint term/source using CST Microwave Studio, then the solution will be imported by the thermal solver which will solve the heat conduction equation, be careful about your thermal boundary conditions, use constitutive paraemetrs that  could be temperature dependent, even the thermal parameters may be temperature dependent. I have done this in HFSS  and publsihed two papers.

To calculate the temperature of my model which is the RMI coil + an ASTM phantom , i solved the EM problem and after that i set the simulation for the Thermal problem but the temperature that i found is too much big (which means it's wrong).

Can you please tell me what can be my fault?

You need to take a look into the boundary conditions set in the thermal solver first, maybe its a closed box and its too small. Also, pay attention to the units- if im not wrong by default it shows the temperature in Kelvin. Do not forget also that you should assign thermal characteristics to the air volume around your structure (sometimes it does not have the correct parameters, just copy and paste from the materials library).

And also check on the background temperature you set on the model.

Finally, CST thermal solver does not take into account convection, i.e. heat transfer by air. In some cases it provides unrealistic high temperatures.

Thank you very much for your answer. I checked the units and the background and they were right, i am hesitant about the boundaries because i don't understand very well when should i use any one of them. 

My model is composed of RF coil surrounding a phantom implemented by a metallic device which should heat when the phantom is exposed to EM field. If the reason of the elevated temperature is the convection that isn't taking into account from the CST, so how can i fix this problem? ( i mean would you please suggest on me what should i do, please).

my topic is Hyperthermia and when i apply all these conditions with stationary thermal solver. When i changed the field monitor from 3000 sec to 6000 sec as an example the temperature still the same and that is illogical as in reality. Can anyone answer me why??

The stationary thermal solver doesnt care for field monitors since it gives the temperature at equilibrium (t-> infinity)
