A chi-square test could be performed in R without any need for special package! In R, try ""?chisq.test" to get the details.

I didn't understand the question properly but are you asking how to compare two population? Is that so you can use paired T-test. wilcox test etc.
Or you want to compare two number like comparing 181 with 143, 122 with 147 and so on and calculate P-values. If this is the case then you cannot compare individual numbers statistically. Your only option is if your numbers (181 and 143) satisfy binomial test criteria. Also you may want to look for fisher's exact test to compare ratio/percentage.
