I have %T and %R spectra. The film is not opaque. Please give some references for this.
google for something like this -- fresnel equations with complex refractive index.
There is a number of online tutorials by Universities for students.

If you have transmission as a function of wavelength and you are observing interference fringes in transmission then you can find wavelength dependence of n and k from Swanapoule method. You can also get the thickness of the films and absorption coefficient.

But I have %T and %R spectra in 200-800nm range where, there is no fringe pattern.

If you do not have peaks in transmission, use the method suggested above by Dr. Hoffman.
if you have a thick layer of your metal you can use spetroscopic ellipsometry and convert the ellipsometric parameters directly into n+k values of your material.
