Thank you both for your responses... Paul, I assume that you can just take out the "without-interruption" so the computation is borderless. The code is also in an older version of Netlogo so I will work on updating it... Rubén, it looks like the Netlogo model you provided computes global moran's I, so it would need to be adapted to compute local moran's I.
