Hi sabiha,

there is a section on Mega software called DISTANCE. select COMPTUTE PAIRWISE DISTANCES. the software will ask you to select your aligned sequences. as a result you will get your data under table framework.

First make the alignment and save your alignment file as mega format. Then look for distance button. Check the screenshot above.
