Do you mean "d" for interplanar distance, right? If you get a CIF file, you can generate the reflection list, and the interplanar distance for each reflection is there. The "d" for the a axis is d for 100 plane, 001 d is the length of c axis.

That depends on the software used to refine the X-ray powder diffraction pattern. In general, it is easy to generate a file of h k l reflections with the interplanar or 2θ spacing. What software are you using?
