I tried to get the PM load line of an axial flux PM machine by exporting the PM flux density of one magnet pole for one electric cycle and then plot that on the demagnetization curve at the operating temperature of the PM. I then drew a line from the origin, calculated the slope of all of these points, and got the minimum slop as extreme loading on the PM.

However, this seems to be incorrect. The load line always started from a point off the origin due to the nearby magnets' demagnetization and the d-axis current's demagnetization effect.

Is there a better way to get the load line of the PM?

Thanks
