My research revolves around the issue in the Construction industry wherein the productivity of the construction projects depletes due to considerable wastage such as surplus production, unnecessary logistics, displacement of workers, defects in manufacturing, accidents at work, excess wait time for the materials, low-grade working conditions, etc. My aim is to build a sustainable approach that deals with the wastage in the construction by using Principles and techniques of Sustainable Supply Chain Management to foster innovation.
