I've read extensively in the area of stigma. Any suggestions for cutting edge studies on stigma?

I am putting together a workshop on stigma and health. I particularly like the work of Scambler and Parker & Aggleton. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm thinking of asking members of my large family to complete TOSCA or something similar, and thought it might be easiest if I coded it into a HTML form and scored it automatically with JavaScript or even server side code for submission and processing. Does anything like that exist already, or does everyone administer these surveys on paper or by some proprietary or one off software solution?
